M\u00e1quina de ensaio de \u00edndice de fluidez: um equipamento especializado para medir o \u00edndice de fluidez de termopl\u00e1sticos sob determinadas condi\u00e7\u00f5es, capaz de determinar indiretamente o peso molecular de pol\u00edmeros de alto peso molecular. A taxa de fluxo de fus\u00e3o (\u00edndice de fus\u00e3o) de termopl\u00e1sticos refere-se \u00e0 massa ou ao volume de pl\u00e1stico fundido que passa por uma sa\u00edda padr\u00e3o da amostra a cada 10 minutos, a uma determinada temperatura e carga, expressa como valor MFR (MI) ou MVR, o que permite distinguir as caracter\u00edsticas de fluxo viscoso do termopl\u00e1stico no estado fundido. A garantia de qualidade das mat\u00e9rias-primas e dos produtos para termopl\u00e1sticos e fibras sint\u00e9ticas \u00e9 de grande import\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n

Utilizada principalmente em f\u00e1bricas, institutos de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade de produtos, institui\u00e7\u00f5es de pesquisa e outras unidades nas \u00e1reas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, inspe\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvimento, pesquisa e outros campos relacionados aos pl\u00e1sticos. Esta m\u00e1quina possui alta precis\u00e3o no controle de temperatura; suas pe\u00e7as-chave passam por tratamento de nitreta\u00e7\u00e3o, apresentando alta resist\u00eancia e dureza, al\u00e9m de baixa deforma\u00e7\u00e3o, o que proporciona boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es para a medi\u00e7\u00e3o precisa da vaz\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
