It is suitable for cutting samples of various metal and non-metal materials in order to observe the metallographic and lithographic structure of materials. The machine is stable, low noise, easy to operate and safe to use, and is one of the important equipment for making solid material samples in the laboratory.<\/p>\n<p>This machine is composed of cutting system, cooling system, lighting system, cleaning system and so on. The upper part of the unit is completely covered by a protective cover that can be opened and closed, and in front of the protective cover is a large observation window, which is combined with a high brightness lighting system to keep the operator in control of the cutting process. The cast iron table with groove and clamp can be competent for cutting various shaped workpieces. The super cooling system allows the workpiece to be cut without burning, and the cooling water tank is placed inside the base of the equipment, and the water tank has a magnetic separator to facilitate the collection of residual debris.
