3.Working principle
\nThe equipment uses hydraulic fixtures to clamp the metal sheet sample, and another oil cylinder drives the punch to slowly push the middle of the sample.<\/p>\n
A pressure sensor measures the oil pressure of the hydraulic system to convert the pressure of the punch on the sample. The metal sheet sample will continuously deform and protrude under the action of the punch. When the sample is broken, the system pressure will sharply decrease. At this time, the control system will detect this change, automatically stop and record the pressure value and displacement caused by the impact of the broken sample, and obtain the desired test result.<\/p>\n
