A special equipment system for performance testing, quality inspection and fault diagnosis of asynchronous motors (induction motors).
Accurately measures and analyzes key indicators such as electrical parameters, mechanical characteristics, efficiency and temperature rise of motors by simulating actual operating conditions.
Test Items
No-load Characteristic Test: Obtains no-load characteristic curve through no-load experiment, calculates direct-axis reactance (XD) under unsaturated and saturated conditions.
Load Test: Tests performance at different load points under rated voltage, analyzes motor load characteristics.
Short-circuit Characteristic Test: Performs three-phase steady-state short-circuit test, obtains short-circuit characteristic curve, calculates short-circuit ratio (KC).
Temperature Rise Test: Tests temperature rise of various parts of the motor under rated load to ensure heat dissipation performance.
Dynamic Response Test (Optional): Transient characteristics under frequency conversion speed regulation.
Efficiency and Loss Test: Accurately measures motor efficiency using input-output method (Method B), etc.
