Therefore, the test bench needs to simulate downhole working conditions and strictly test motor performance, tightness and reliability.

Test Items

No-load Test: No-load current, iron loss, mechanical loss.

Load Test: Rated power, efficiency, temperature rise.

Tightness Test: Leakage rate under high pressure/high temperature.

Insulation Withstand Voltage Test: Power frequency/impact withstand voltage.

Vibration and Noise: Bearing status, mechanical stability.

Corrosion Resistance: Material aging under H2S/CO2 environment.
