Retarder Test Bench
Product Features
Adopts direct torque control technology. Sets the motor torque when the pneumatic brake unit is in braking mode, and sets the system operating speed at the same time.
Turns on the pneumatic brake unit, the brake is activated, and the motor drags the system (flywheel + torque sensor + hydraulic retarder) to the set speed.
Turns on the hydraulic retarder control unit, the hydraulic retarder enters the braking state (at this time, the torque overcome by the retarder is the sum of the motor set torque and the flywheel inertia torque), and quickly reduces the system speed to the required working speed.
Control Modes
Manual control and automatic control, which can be switched freely and conveniently.
Supports program loading, arbitrarily sets the speed, torque and working condition operation time of the drive end within limited ranges, and automatically records relevant parameters.
