DF83.400 Dumbbell shaped tensile specimen cutting machine

1.Overview
Suitable for producing dumbbell shaped tensile specimens and Vicat hot deformation specimens of various non-metallic pipes or plates.
This machine adopts the principle of contour machining and combines it with the principle of mechanical transmission to convert the rotational motion of threads into linear motion. It has the characteristics of simple operation, fast speed, convenience, and the ability to produce standard samples with stable dimensions. The relative position between the sample and the cutting tool can be adjusted according to the actual situation. The shape of the sample is controlled by the corresponding template shape, and the working process is not affected by the operator’s movements. It can be reused multiple times without the need for repeated tool alignment, and can obtain the sample spline required by the user; Reduced the loss of working time, improved the universality of operations, increased work efficiency, and reduced processing costs; And there is a vacuum cleaner installed on the workbench, providing a good working environment for the staff. Using standard milling cutters for processing, the tools are durable and the sample edges are smooth without burrs. It is an ideal matching product for UTM and Vicat thermal deformation testing machines.
