Functions:

It is suitable for the determination of ring stiffness of thermoplastic pipes with ring cross section. It is also suitable for flat test, ring flexibility test and weld tensile test. It meets the requirements of PE double wall corrugated pipe, winding pipe and various plastic pipe testing standards, and is a necessary testing instrument for scientific research institutes, quality testing departments and pipe manufacturers.

The control software of PC realizes the screen display of test force, peak value of test force, displacement of crossbeam, test deformation and test curve, and the operation is intuitive and simple. It has the functions of overload, over-current and over-pressure protection, and is equipped with the inner diameter measurement system of the pipe, which can accurately measure the inner diameter change of the pipe. The transmission system controls the all digital AC servo motor through the distributed control system composed of PC and single chip microcomputer, drives the middle crossbeam to move up and down according to the speed required by the test standard, applies pressure to the pipe sample through the sample pressing plate, and adopts the piecewise linear correction method in the force value detection part to ensure the high accuracy and stability of the machine. This series of ring stiffness testing machine has passed the CE certification of EU products.

Principle

According to the standard of the determination of the ring stiffness of thermoplastic pipes, the ring stiffness is determined by the force value and deformation measured when the pipes are deformed at constant speed. Place the pipe sample horizontally, determine the compression speed of the plate according to the diameter of the pipe, and apply pressure to the sample with two parallel plates in the vertical direction. The ring stiffness is calculated by the force of 0.03di (DI is the inner diameter of the tube specimen).
