1.Overview
It is mainly used to test the plastic deformation performance of metal sheets and strips. It is clamped and broken through hydraulic power. It has the function of automatic stopping when cracks appear in the sheet metal; It is also equipped with a camera, which can accurately determine the cupping value at the moment of crack occurrence through video playback function. This machine adopts microcomputer control for the entire testing process, displaying real-time dynamic clamping load value, stamping load value, cup protrusion value, testing speed and testing curve. It is a commonly used equipment for metal sheet and strip production enterprises, quality inspection units, steel research institutes and other units.

3.Working principle
The equipment uses hydraulic fixtures to clamp the metal sheet sample, and another oil cylinder drives the punch to slowly push the middle of the sample. A pressure sensor measures the oil pressure of the hydraulic system to convert the pressure of the punch on the sample. The metal sheet sample will continuously deform and protrude under the action of the punch. When the sample is broken, the system pressure will sharply decrease. At this time, the control system will detect this change, automatically stop and record the pressure value and displacement caused by the impact of the broken sample, and obtain the desired test result.
