Structure and Principle of Vehicle-bridge Performance Testing System

The input end of the vehicle bridge is powered by a three-phase asynchronous motor instead of an engine, and the torque, speed and power at the input end are detected by sensors.

An inertial flywheel is connected to the output end of the vehicle bridge to simulate the balanced inertia after the vehicle bridge is installed on the vehicle, serving as an energy storage element for brake detection tests.

Simulation loaders are installed at the output ends on both sides of the vehicle bridge, which can independently load both sides to simulate the rolling resistance torque between the wheels and the ground, and the resistance torque can be steplessly set and controlled.

The actual dynamic resistance torque is detected by sensors. Through these processes, the transmission efficiency, internal resistance torque, braking characteristics, differential characteristics, etc., of the vehicle bridge can be detected.

Automatic Detection and Data Analysis

Measures the operating noise and abnormal sound of the vehicle bridge through noise and vibration sensors.

Indirectly measures the temperature rise of the oil in the main reducer of the vehicle bridge through temperature sensors.

Detects the tightness of the vehicle bridge through pressure sensors.

The measurement and control system automatically controls the motor, loader, sensor, etc., during the test, automatically simulates various operating conditions of the vehicle bridge, such as forward and reverse rotation, speed up and down, stable operation at different speeds, different resistance torques on both sides, braking, etc., and acquires various sensor signals for analysis and calculation by the computer, providing test data, curves and conclusions.

Gives qualified or unqualified test conclusions with reference to standards.
