When the screw drilling tool is working, the circulating fluid (drilling fluid) is sent to the screw drilling tool through the drill string by the ground reciprocating mud pump, with a relatively stable displacement.

The load at the output end of the screw drilling tool mainly includes the reverse torque formed when the bottom hole drill bit breaks the rock, and the friction torque formed by the drilling pressure on the drill bit acting on the support bearing of the screw drilling tool.

Test Principle

Through the circulating system, liquid is input to the inlet end of the screw drilling tool. On the premise that the circulating fluid flow rate of the screw drilling tool is maintained at a given value, different torque loads are applied to the power output end of the screw drilling tool to make the drilling tool work stably under different braking torques.

Measures parameters such as output torque, output speed, circulating flow rate, drilling tool inlet pressure and drilling tool outlet pressure under different working conditions. After data processing, the power parameters are obtained and the characteristic curve is drawn.re
