A special equipment for evaluating the performance of pneumatic motors. Accurately measures parameters such as torque, speed and power by simulating actual working conditions.

Can use electric dynamometer, magnetic particle dynamometer or eddy current dynamometer as the loading equipment.

Compared with eddy current dynamometer (magnetic particle dynamometer) loading, the electric dynamometer is a preferred scheme for pneumatic motor loading testing, with the characteristics of fast response speed, high resolution, energy saving and high efficiency.

Torque and Speed: No-load/load torque, maximum output power, rated speed.

Air Consumption: Compressed air consumption per unit time.

Efficiency and Temperature Rise: Mechanical energy conversion efficiency and temperature rise rate during long-term operation.

Noise and Vibration: Measures operating noise through sound level meter.

Forward and Reverse Performance: Evaluates torque consistency and dynamic response speed of bidirectional rotation.

Overload Protection: Shutdown response capability under excessive load conditions.
